After AutoCampaign and Track, we’re adding a third pillar to your outreach workflow: Messages.

Messages is a new interface designed specifically for one‑off emails – whether you’re writing to a single contact or to an entire list – while still keeping everything tracked and measurable.

What Messages Lets You Do

1. Auto‑generate one‑off emails from a prompt

  • Start with a simple prompt (e.g. “Follow up after a coffee chat at Goldman last week”)
  • poerAI generates a full email for you, using the Persona you selected
  • Tip: create a persona that’s tailored for one‑off emails (you can do this at the top of the Personas tab), so tone and structure always match your style

You get the speed of AI with the context of your best persona.

2. Ultra‑personalized one‑offs with Snapshot

For high‑stakes outreach, Messages integrates our Snapshot directly into the flow:

  • Snapshot pulls a rich, structured background on the recipient (role, company, highlights, context)
  • You can use it to guide or regenerate the email so every line feels written “just for them”

This is ideal for top‑priority contacts where a generic email isn’t good enough.

3. “Generic” emails to a list with variables

Sometimes you just need a clear, consistent email sent to many people:

  • Use variables like {email.recipient.name} or {email.recipient.company} in your subject and body
  • Send to a list in one go while still keeping each email personalized with those dynamic fields

You get the best of both worlds: a single template, but tailored to each recipient.

4. Unified tracking with Track

Whether your emails come from:

  • AutoCampaign (fully generated campaigns), or
  • Messages (one‑off or list sends),

…everything is still tracked in the Track tab:

  • Track who replied or didn't respond
  • Batch‑send follow‑ups based on time since first send
  • Keep a unified history of your interactions across campaigns and one‑offs
